14 Law Schools Established After 2000
Wilmington University School of Law received provisional ABA approval in 2025, while Jacksonville University College of Law earned provisional approval in 2024. Both law schools are working toward full ABA accreditation. Provisionally approved law schools maintain all the same rights and privileges as fully accredited law schools, allowing their students to sit for the bar exam and practice law upon graduation.
